How far in advance can I place my order?

We require a minimum of two weeks to place an order. There will be a $25 rush fee for orders placed within two weeks of pickup.

Do I offer refunds?

No. If it is my mistake, I will do my best to make it right.

Are cookies individually wrapped?

Yes, all cookies come individually wrapped and heat sealed. Cookies are good up to two weeks unopened.

Can you make character cookies?

We are happy to create an inspired theme, but due to copyright laws, we cannot create an exact replica of a licensed character.

Do you ship?

We do not offer shipping as it is illegal under the Texas Food Cottage Law.

do you accomodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restriction you may have. Please leave detailed requests in the order form or reach out to us.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is $5 for the greater Sugar Land area and $40 for Houston.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit card, cash and checks.

WHAT Is the best way to store a board or box?

All charcuterie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. We suggest removing from refrigerator 25 minutes prior to serving.
